Now
what ?
Barnwell’s
nuclear waste heyday ending.
Site will be closed to most out-of-state waste beginning Tuesday
Future
generation will someday have to clean up this mess the cost of which is
not included when the proponents of nuclear power tell you how cheap and
clean it is. And yet, this is only one site of many.
From
the Mill tailings emitting radon 222 left over from the mining of
Uranium, to the highlevel waste of spent fuel stored on the site of 104
nuclear reactors ( which will eventually have to be guarded virtually
forever ) nobody has ever been able to calculate the total cost to
future generations.
CHEAP
CLEAN NUCLEAR POWER……..DON’T YOU BELIEVE IT.
